Update--1/12/2012

We are getting ready to begin production on our first recipe of the series. The one thing holding us back? A power cable that was left at my parents' house during the winter break. Fear not, it should be in come tomorrow afternoon and filming will begin soon after!

Pilot

With a new semester approaching, I've been thinking to myself "what can I do different/better this semester?" One answer that I arrived at is to share my love of cooking with whoever is interested. I plan on doing this by providing a series of instructional videos based on meals that I regularly make at my college apartment. Right now, I am hoping to upload a minimum of two videos a week (this may change depending on how long the videos take to edit).

Once it is up and running, I will include a link to my Youtube channel where the videos will be uploaded. For every video that I upload, I will also post the accompanying recipe over here in blog-form. Please feel free to comment here with criticisms, appreciations, suggestions, or any dishes that you would like to see prepared. Thanks for your interest!
